Our rates apply for each day of travel at the price of:

This price applies to any group of 1 to 4 travelers staying in the same accommodation.
This price includes:
- The development of a personalized travel itinerary.
- The creation of a travel journal containing all the information relating to your personalized trip.
- An interactive map containing the items in your travel journal.

Would you like to visit Mexico but don't know how much it costs?
We offer you a clear estimate of the budget you will need, with details of each expense item (flights, accommodation, meals, transportation, tips, and activities). This estimate is based on your specific requirements (planned dates, type of trip desired, number of travelers, etc.).

Consulting service process
Would you like to discover the real Mexico but you're short on time, inspiration, or don't know which sites and cities to visit with peace of mind? We'll do the research for you and create a tailor-made itinerary for an unforgettable experience.
Interview (Free)
We will conduct a telephone interview with you to discuss your travel plans. This interview can also take place via videoconference if you prefer. This interview is free of charge and does not commit you to anything.
Quote
Following the interview, we will send you a quote detailing the main elements of your future trip.
Research and design
Once the quote has been signed and the first deposit paid, we will carry out the necessary research and design our personalized itinerary proposal. We will compile all the details in a travel journal to help you organize your trip.
In addition, an interactive map on Google My Maps will be attached to the document to help you visualize your travel plans.
Reservations
Using the information we provide (links, addresses, recommendations), you can choose and make your own reservations according to your preferences.
(Optional) Update travel journal
If you wish, once your reservations have been made, we can update your travel journal so that you have a single document containing all the information about your upcoming adventure in Mexico.

Our company specializes in providing advice and assistance in planning your trip to Mexico. We provide you with all the information and advice you need to organize your trip in the best possible conditions. These recommendations cover accommodation, airline tickets, transportation, activities, places to visit, local specialties to discover, and more.
We provide links for reservations, addresses, prices, and contact details for the above items whenever available. We also provide various recommendations (whether to book in advance, scams to avoid, tips, etc.).
All our research and recommendations are compiled in a single document called a “travel journal,” allowing you to easily find the information you need for each day of your trip to build your personalized itinerary.
Would you like to visit Mexico but don't have the time or inclination to do all the research necessary to plan your trip?
Calling on Horizons Mexicains means saving time and getting expert advice that will allow you to experience Mexico at your own pace and according to your desires.
We cannot make reservations on your behalf, nor can we help you modify a reservation. These services are provided by travel agencies, which are subject to specific regulations.
The travel agency earns money by applying a commission to the total cost of your trip.
As far as we are concerned, we charge a flat fee, which means that we bill for the time spent on research, making contact on site (to check availability), designing your personalized itinerary, and writing your travel journal. This means that our price does not increase based on the number of travelers (except for large groups).
By using a travel planner, you also have access to detailed pricing for the various services you book, as this information is included in our deliverables.
As its name suggests, Horizons Mexicains focuses on Mexico. We want to help as many travelers as possible discover the beauty of this country. However, if your travel plans include a stop in one of the neighboring countries, we can assist you with the same efficiency as we do in Mexico.

The prices listed in your travel itinerary may change over time. This is particularly true for airline tickets and accommodations, whose prices may fluctuate depending on the time of year. We therefore recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible after receiving your travel itinerary.
In certain specific cases, the search time and complexity may be extended. For example, in the case of travelers with significant physical disabilities (the infrastructure and service providers required are not the same), the presence of vulnerable individuals, larger groups of travelers (requiring special logistics), etc.
As each trip and each requirement is unique, the supplement is determined during the preliminary interview.
